Architecture/Exhibition Designer

Job description & responsibilities
1.Develop skills to be able to critically and sensibly analyse a space that will be used.

2.Study the existing conditions and transform the results into the backbone of a project.

3.Select the adequate techniques and Multimedia for the development and to carry out full design delivery and planning for interior/exhibition projects.

4.Apply presentation techniques to transform the space being used according to your vision while incorporating the wishes of the client, supervisor or sponsoring institution.

5.Cooperate with project manager & marketing team in all design activities assigned. Manage the development of the idea all the way to its construction phase

6.Planning interior and exhibition space ,Able to conceptualize and design themes independently Ensure design production excellence of project within the constraint time and quality standard

7.Ability to do sale presentation and ability to communicate with contractors and supplies

Job requirements
1.Minimum Diploma in Design at least 3 years’ from relevant working experience in related field industry

2.Active, energetic and detailed-minded talent designer

3.Dedicated to achieving objectives through developing and motivating good team work relationship

4.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to develop & maintain successful working & partner relationship

5.Able to work independently, self-motivated & able to cope with pressure

6.Well versed in 3D Max, AutoCAD, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage

7.Positive attitude toward work Desire to learn and excel

建筑实习生

1. 建筑学专业学生；

2. 掌握Auto CAD、Adobe和Microsoft相关设计和办公软件，建议掌握Rhino和Maya等设计建模软件；

3. 保证3个月以上的实习期。

室内设计师

岗位职责：

根据客户和项目要求，负责设计空间形象及室内物理环境。负责设计室内展览布局、空间分隔组合、室内用品、家具及成套设施配置等。根据设计要求，输出有关文档。

参与室内设计方案审查，整理审查记录，并根据整改意见修改、完善方案和文档。

对装修施工进行跟踪和指导。

在项目需要时，与设计总监等一起参加各种对外业务会议。

配合内部其他设计人员、相关部门及合作单位的工作对接。

配合组织培训、制订标准等工作。

任职资格：

建筑学、室内设计或美术等相关专业，5年以上室内设计工作经验

熟练操作Autocad等软件工具，有手绘方案能力者优先

能独立主持、组织整套室内设计工作

熟悉整套施工图的制作流程及各种装饰材料的特性和现场施工，有丰富的项目工地现场经验

为人诚信，善于沟通及统筹协调，有带领团队工作经验能力

有一定英语读写及沟通能力者优先

助理建筑师

建筑学本科以上学历，1年以上全职相关工作经验

对建筑设计有浓厚兴趣，熟练使用多种设计软件CAD、PHOTOSHOP、 SKETCH UP、3D Studio、InDesign等；懂Rhino、Catia等软件者更佳；较好的手绘能力或制作工作模型能力

能独立进行方案设计，有施工图经验者优先

沟通能力强，有一定英语读写及沟通能力

建筑师

建筑学本科以上学历，3年以上设计工作经验

热爱建筑设计，熟练使用多种设计软件CAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCH UP、3D Studio、InDesign等，懂Rhino、Catia等软件者更佳；较好的手绘能力或制作工作模型能力

有较强的方案设计能力或施工图设计能力，能独立进行方案设计

工作认真细致，责任感强，具有团队合作精神

有一定英语读写及沟通能力者优先
