领结形的建筑包含三种不同类型的住宅及110,000平方英尺的零售及办公空间，The 8 House 是目前丹麦最大的私人开发项目。同时 The 8 House 曾在2011年巴塞罗那世界建筑节被评为最佳住宅建筑，获得斯堪迪纳维亚绿色屋顶奖等。
