2, 设计类大专以上学历,有国际学习或项目/竞赛经历将优先考虑。
3, 英语读写能力优秀,可以担当英文平面稿的汉化工作;英语听说能力良好,可与国外团队沟通。
4, 熟悉各类平面设计及排版软件如Adobe CS5,手绘能力优秀。
5, 对北欧现代艺术及设计风格关注和热爱,具有时尚敏锐度和前沿新锐视野。
6, 2年以上工作经验,国际4A公司将优先考虑。

品牌经理
主要职责
Key duties/responsibilities of Brand manager:
1. 提高消费者对本品牌的认知程度,树立本品牌和产品定位。
1. Leverage consumer insights to develop brand and product positioning and benefit ladder frameworks.
2. 创立和执行品牌战略和市场营销计划,包括已有的产品线和新产品上市。
2. Create and execute the brand strategies and marketing plans for the brands, including managing both the existing product portfolio and new product launches.
3. 搭建新品牌的定位识别系统。
3. Brand platform to include a definition of the brand vision, promise and value proposition as well as positioning, personality, voice, tone and manner, behaviors.
4. 建立品牌沟通策略,管理品牌的视觉沟通平台。
4. Communications guidelines, development and maintenance of all image libraries – images, product shots, illustration/icons.
5. 进行市场竞争和拓展策略研究分析。
5. Ongoing Competitive Positioning, Spend and Analysis reporting.
6. 策划品牌“路演”并向新员工介绍品牌文化
6. Develop “road show” and employee launch plan to introduce new brand
7.领导市场分析,研究消费者和竞争对手,确保品牌战略的不断发展。
7. Lead insight gathering research into consumers and competitive category to secure knowledge that can be utilized to enhance and evolve the brand.
8. 与内部各业务部门紧密联系,成为品牌信息中枢,同时与外部机构和合作伙伴进行有效沟通联系。
8. Be the most knowledgeable resource in the company as it relates to the brands and champion the brand throughout the organization, with partners and external agencies.
9. 管理和发展品牌手册,确保供应商和内部员工理解和明白本品牌信息。
9. Manage brand guidelines to ensure all vendors and internal audiences follow them and update them as necessary.
任职要求
Qualifications
本科学历,工商管理,市场营销,设计管理等相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, and design management related discipline.
4年以上市场营销经验,至少3年在品牌传播机构直接负责市场营销业务。
4+ years experience in marketing, with at least 3 years experience in brand advertising and/or direct response marketing capacity.
较强的交际沟通能力,能够与各业务部门开展有效工作。
Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles.
优秀的陈述和写作能力。
Strong presentation and writing skills.
具备分析能力,不仅陈述数据并能分析出相关结论,同时提出发展建议。
Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement.
熟悉品牌视觉传播
Be familiar with innovation and vision in visual communication for brand development
